About this recipe

Untested first trial — kitchen testing is still needed.

This homemade version starts with orange flesh and a little finely grated zest, keeping the pulp in the mixture. Water brings the whole batch to one litre, ready for ten small portions. The idea takes its cue from Sunnyboy; the original commercial formula has not been verified. Try a small amount first to check the sweetness, texture and container before freezing the rest. Ordinary freezer-safe moulds are the simple option; home tetrahedral packaging remains experimental, and the sketch is an illustration of the inspired shape.

The fruit naturally contains sugar. If using stevia, check the selected product’s full ingredients before making any no-added-sugar claim.
